SCHOOL
HOURS
The
magic years has a 5 days week -Monday to Friday
8:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m(Summer) 9.00 a.m. to
1.00 p.m.(winter).
HOLIDAYS
The holiday list is circulated at the beginning
of each term. The school is closed for the
summer from 1st may to 1st July. All gazetted
Govt. holidays are also school holidays.
APPOINTMENT
WITH STAFF
If for any reason you want to meet the class-
teacher you may call 6140317 for appointments
after hours.
We do not wish to disturb the child's routine
during the school hours and hence no staff
are available for discussions during the school
hours.
PARENT
-TEACHER CONFERENCES
You will be informed and given specified times.
It is very important to meet with your child's
teachers every three months to be aware of
the child's progress . We should like both
parents to attend all meetings.
VIEWING
SCHOOL
This is by prior appointment only. We do not
wish to disturb our students all times with
visitors , and their interest, only certain
days and hours will be allocated for "in-class"
visit by parents.
EVALUATIONS
After the child has completed one full year
with us a detailed written report is given
to parents.
TRANSPORT
We do not run any transport service for picking
up children but the school will extent to
parents all assistance to form car pools.
The staff will assists with the arrival and
departure of children to and from the school
. Kindly park and instruct your drivers to
park your cars in an organized way so that
the road in front of the school is not blocked.Written
instruction must be given to the school if
the child is to go home with any one other
then the person whom he normally goes with.
SNACK
The school provides the midmorning snack.
A detailed menu can be had form the office.
Bislery is the water used for drinking
the cost of snack is Rs. 250/- per month.
HEALTH
Please read the Health Circular strictly adhere
to quarantine periods. A doctors certificate
must be sent to the school when the child
returns after the illness.
BIRTHDAY
CELEBRATIONS
Parents wishing to celebrate their child's
birthday in school kindly contact the class
teacher a week in advance so that she has
enough time to inform the school kitchen about
the food. A cake, potato chips and apple or
orange juice is what all children enjoy most.
Kindly also sent paper plates, glasses, napkins,
and spoons. The class teacher normally organizes
the celebration at 'snack time' which lasts
about 30 minutes.
CLOTHING
Children are free to wear any clothes which
they can take off easily. Parents are requested
to send a spare set of labeled underwear with
their child every day of the first few month
as precautions. Children do not like to use
unfamiliar clothes.
FAMILY
HOLIDAYS
Parents should inform the school if they are
taking their child on holiday during the school
term.
CHILD
LEAVING THE SCHOOL
If a child is leaving the school parents should
inform us ,in writing,a month in advance as
otherwise the deposit money can not be refunded.
Parents should inform us of the child's last
day at school we normally arrange something
special on this day and also it allows both
the child and staff to say a good-bye to each
other.
